Our 2022 Christmas Season Schedule

Midweek Advent

Nov. 29, Dec. 6, 13, and 20 at 7 PM

Join us for four midweek Vespers services during Advent, as we prepare to celebrate our Savior’s birth. The theme of these Tuesday evening services this year is “The Christmas Gift of Baptism.” Jesus came to redeem the world many years ago, and today he comes to us in Word and Sacrament. Holy Baptism is God’s gift to us that makes Jesus – his life, his death, his salvation – ours.

Christmas Eve

There will be no Christmas Eve service at Christ Our Savior. Join us for a join Christmas Eve service at Martin Luther Evangelical Lutheran Church on December 24th at 7 PM. This join service will feature 9 lessons and carols adapted from the Christmas Carol Service traditionally held at King’s College, Cambridge, England on Christmas Eve. In Word and song, we follow the call of the shepherds, “Let’s go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has made known to us.”

Christmas Day

Dec. 25th at 11 AM

Joy to the world, the Lord is come! Let every heart prepare him room!

Christ came into the world 2000 years ago as a little baby, and still comes to us today in Word and Sacrament for the forgiveness of our sins, life, and salvation. Join us for our Christmas day festival celebration as we celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus, Immanuel, God with us, “born that we no more may die, born to raise us from the earth, born to give us second birth.”
